Fish oil, Garlic and Antioxidants

This is a great combination of nutrients all in one capsule.  This is what it contains:

·       EPA from fish oil                210 mg

·       DHA from fish oil               150 mg

·       Garlic oil                             100 mg

·       Vitamin E   d-alpha             149 IU

·       Dunaliella salina cells        62.5 mg

·       Parsley seed oil                   10 mg

·       Vitamin B6                            5 mg

·       Vitamin B12                        400 mcg

·       Folic acid                            400 mcg

Fish oil and garlic are well known for their protective effect on the cardiovascular system.  The amount of EPA and DHA in one capsule is more than in most 1000 mg fish oils.

Antioxidants are important in preventing most degenerative diseases - that is they have an anti-ageing effect.  Vitamin E is an important protector against oxidation of fats in the body.  Dunaleilla salina is a marine algae that is very high in natural carotenoids.
