Fish oil and garlic are well known for their protective effect on the cardiovascular system. The amount of EPA and DHA in one capsule is more than in most 1000 mg fish oils. Antioxidants are important in preventing most degenerative diseases - that is they have an anti-ageing effect. Vitamin E is an important protector against oxidation of fats in the body. Dunaleilla salina is a marine algae that is very high in natural carotenoids. One of these tablets can replace up to four individual supplements.
