Your Guide to Healthy Pregnancy

A simple to follow booklet takes you through the important things you need to know about a healthy pregnancy. With assistance from naturopath Peter Kelly, a program will be individualised to your particular needs.

Some important things that need to be considered if you are pregnant:

	Diet - the right foods to eat for pregnancy.
	What not to eat, some foods may be harmful.
	Nutritional support for each of the three trimesters.

It is strongly recommended that you prepare for pregnancy with "Your Guide to Preconception", as it takes three months for the egg to mature and four months to produce sperm. Preparations for pregnancy ideally should begin at least 6 months before conception.
