Barley grass is a nutritious food that is best known for its alkalising and antioxidant properties. It is a rich source of chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Barley grass is about 26% protein, making it approximately the same protein value as lean beef.
Klenz is a delicious mango flavoured fibre drink powder.
