Algotene - A World First Algotene is the world's first natural dietary supplement made from whole dried, certified organically grown Dunaliella salina, an edible marine microalgae rich in nutrients. There are no additives, it is just the dried naturally grown whole food product.

What is Dunaliella salina? Dunaliella salina is a single celled naturally occurring green algae that lives in salt water. It is farmed in salt lakes in a remote part of Western Australia near Karratha without the use of any pesticides or chemicals.

Algotene contains a concentrated mixture of natural carotenoids including beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, and cryptoxanthin.
